Through the Student Welfare Directorate, the University provides opportunities to the students to earn some income while studying. This is accomplished through a work-study programme which is administered by the Directorate. Work-study is a financial aid programme that is designed to promote part-time employment for financially needy students. Students who qualify for work-study may work for a maximum of four hours per day during their off-class hours. The programme also provides students with additional preparation for post-graduation job search since many work-study jobs are in career-related areas.
